From the initial technical inspection through to final operational approval, our team carried out a comprehensive technical intervention on the hydraulic systems of a ski resort’s lifts, ensuring reliability, precision and safe operation.
Project Description
The reliability of a ski lift is essential to the safe and uninterrupted operation of the entire installation. The hydraulic systems supporting its critical functions must operate with absolute precision and reliability, even under particularly demanding environmental conditions.
For this project, our team undertook the complete technical restoration of the ski lift hydraulic systems, implementing a comprehensive programme of inspections, diagnostics, repairs and adjustments.
The work began with a detailed inspection of the hydraulic installations and an assessment of the circuits’ operating condition to accurately identify the required interventions. The necessary repairs were then carried out, worn components were replaced where required and the operating parameters were carefully adjusted, with particular emphasis on operating pressures and the overall performance of the hydraulic systems.
Following completion of the technical work, extensive operational testing and final inspections were conducted under actual operating conditions, confirming the equipment’s correct performance and reliability.
The project concluded with the safe return of the ski lifts to full operational service, ensuring high levels of safety, stability and operational performance.
