Project Description
As part of a scheduled technical intervention at an aluminium production facility, our technical department performed comprehensive maintenance and upgrades to the production line’s hydraulic installations.
The work included inspection of the hydraulic circuit, examination of critical components, assessment of the hydraulic oil’s condition and verification of the correct operation of the individual systems.
An additional high-efficiency filtration system was also designed and installed to significantly reduce solid particles and contaminants affecting the hydraulic circuits. Furthermore, a new hydraulic power unit, fully customised to the installation requirements, was integrated into the system, helping to optimise operation and increase production efficiency.
