Repair of a Drilling Rig Hydraulic System

Our team undertook the complete overhaul of a drilling rig’s hydraulic system, carrying out extensive maintenance and restoration work to return the machine to safe, reliable and efficient operation. The work included the repair and overhaul of the hydraulic pumps, comprehensive maintenance of the hydraulic cylinders, and the repair and replacement of the controls with new units, significantly improving control of the drilling rig. Additional mechanical and hydraulic work was also performed, including leak testing, component replacements and a detailed inspection of the machine’s hydraulic systems. The project was completed with maximum reliability and long-term equipment operation in mind, ensuring that the drilling rig can meet demanding working conditions with improved performance and high levels of operational safety.
