Custom Fuel Supply Unit for Cinematic Special Effects

Our team undertook the design and construction of a custom portable fuel supply unit, developed exclusively according to the client’s requirements for use in an international film production. Unlike conventional hydraulic power units, this system was designed to manage and distribute fuel, ensuring a consistent supply to multiple independent lines through a specially configured distribution manifold. The operator can precisely select the required outlet, enabling complete control over the fuel supply during filming. The unit was constructed with reliability, portability and continuous operation in demanding outdoor environments in mind. Its engine-driven, self-contained configuration allows it to be used even in remote locations without requiring an external electrical power supply.
