Inspection and Restoration of a Superyacht Hydraulic Control System
As part of the project, a comprehensive technical inspection and restoration of the superyacht’s hydraulic control system was carried out, including specialised work on the hydraulic circuit and individual control systems. Following completion of the work, the system was adjusted and operationally tested, ensuring reliable, safe and uninterrupted operation.
Project Description
High Pressure Group undertook the restoration of a critical hydraulic control system on a sailing superyacht, carrying out specialised technical work to fully restore the system’s reliability and operational safety.
Before any work commenced, a detailed technical assessment, operational inspection and diagnosis of the hydraulic circuit were performed to accurately identify the causes of the malfunction and determine the optimal technical solution.
The work included the replacement of critical control equipment, restoration of the hydraulic circuit, reinspection of all operating parameters and final system adjustment, ensuring seamless integration of all hydraulic subsystems.
The project was completed with extensive operational testing and commissioning, confirming the system’s reliable and safe operation under the demanding conditions of a modern superyacht.
This project highlights High Pressure Group’s expertise in providing technical support for complex, high-demand hydraulic installations, where precision, reliability and the prompt restoration of functionality are critical to the equipment’s safe operation.
